How To Get Started?
An initial evaluation is given during an athlete's 1st session. In this 1st session, tests are performed (based on their specific sport) to build an individualized program for a certain number of phases (weeks). Adjustments can always be made on a weekly basis depending on external stresses / workload (sleep, school, practice, etc.) to continue making linear progress towards goals that are set by the athlete/parent and myself. Sessions can be 1-on-1 OR group based on your preference.
